remay. we use this spun polyester fabric as a row cover for certain crops - especially in the early spring - so we can protect germinating seeds, tiny seedlings, and tender plants from harsh weather.

i’ve made a dress from the fabric.

the plan is to sew on various /shaped & sized/ pockets and plant some of those smart little seeds in them.

I do this little activity… I call it my 750. I log on to a web site and just start writing. The page notifies me when I’ve written 750 words - at any point I can click a little link and I’m directed to another page that organizes my words into statistics in various charts and graphs. (I’m a total sucker for informational graphics) One really fantastic feature of this web site and it’s lovely statistical break down is a word cloud composed of frequently used words from my text page. The more often I use a word in my writing, the larger it appears in my cloud.
I’m so amused by words that end up next to each other in the cloud…

Getting ready for a little cafe show. I’m super thankful for Dan Kneser  - his willingness to collaborate, do whatever footwork is necessary & talk about art. I’m also thankful for all the awesome things he can encourage spray paint to do.

We’re hanging Saturday, the 4th - and having a little shindig on the 10th. We’ve got one more night crank out some collab efforts.

I’m posting this video because of what Paul Stamets has to say in it.

THIS is inspiration.
